This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Medtronic and you regarding your use of the Licensed Software and supersedes any prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements or understandings related to the Licensed Software. No provision of this Agreement may be waived except by an agreement in writing signed by the waiving party. A waiver of any terms or provisions shall not be construed as a waiver of any other term or provision.
If the Licensed Software is used connection with NayaMed customers or devices, this Agreement shall be directly between you and NayaMed with respect to those uses. If you do not currently have a compatible smartphone or tablet, you will be given another option for remote monitoring. Unfortunately, the voice quality is not completely convincing. Though sound is quite loud in maximum volume, it is not always clear and hums sometimes. The microphone in the Galaxy A5 occasionally clicks and does not register our voice when we are a bit further away from the microphone.
